Hi today cpanel was updated the whm and now im getting this:

The service “clamav” appears to be down. and in ssh when i try to restart clamd i get:

service clamd restart
Stopping clamd:
Starting clamd: LibClamAV Error: cl_load(): No such file or directory: /usr/local/share/clamav
ERROR: Can't get file status

how i can fix this?

I have just tried to update the new CLAMAV on one of my servers and it showed the following:

Loaded plugins: product-id, rhnplugin, security, subscription-manager
This system is receiving updates from RHN Classic or RHN Satellite.
Setting up Reinstall Process
PYCURL ERROR 22 - The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository...

I have noticed that mailscanner is catching some legit messages and marked them as bad content
using the rule MailScanner: Attempt to hide real filename extension .
Is there a way to disable it?

I was trying to add the url of a picture, but the forum software didn´t allow me :(

I just switched over a test cPanel package to using the new (and beautiful) Paper Lantern theme. I read on your blog in the last month or so that the MSFE has been updated to work in the Paper Lantern theme.

When clicking the Upgrade ClamAV button in WHM --> MailScanner FE page, all we are seeing is an endless procession of these messages:

Which never seems to complete. This used to take all of 5 minutes,...

After today's cpanel update, I am getting these errors in log files

In the MSFE interface you have a button to display the last lines of the maillog and there is a box with 30 as the default number of lines to be displayed.

Changing the number to anything else it will not change the end result you'll get 30 lines displayed no matter what you put in there.

While on the subject, it would be good to add something to deactivate the auto-refresh.

Default action for high scoring spam (deliver/delete/forward). Note that forward will forward such spam to spam@. High scoring spam is unlikely to have false-positives and so can be set for deletion: delete

but in blacklisted emails i still see

There is a company I do business with every day, and just recently their email messages started coming in marked as {SPAM?}

Let's just say their domain is example.com

Well just recently about 50% of the email messages coming in to me (and users on my servers) are being tagged {SPAM?}

While that isn't too unusual if the company example.com is a big business and has a lot of ignorant recipient...

... but it's probably just me.

I am trying to not block, but just elevate the overall score if email is sent from certain TLDs.

I've read all the form/group posts and spamassassin instructions pages I can find, but still there's no mention of these new scores in any new headers that I can find (that is sending from one of these domains).

How do I change an incorrectly specified {Spam?} message to Non-Spam?
Presumably by White Listing the email address? Or is there another way?

All the times I try to select Spam ham or ignore for a message to let the system learn, I get the same message: Message MESSAGE-ID not found in quarantine.
I search extensively, but I did not find any solution.
It looks like it can be a missing privilege issue, but I don't know how to fix it.
Can anybody help?

I am seeing some bounces coming from MailScanner when trying to send the cPanel -> MailScanner Report . It looks like our email is incorrect. Where can the email address this report is sent to be changed?

I've been using mailwatch for years, but recently I am getting this message when I load it:

After uninstalling the Mailscanner Frontend and all of its components (I followed its uninstall docs), exim will no longer verified recipients. Even though I have all my default addressses setup to :fail: and I have verified that exim.conf still has require verify = recipients, its still accepting everything at SMTP time and then doing a bounce message saying it doesnt exist. Has anyone been able to change the Date/Time on the MailWatch Recent Message report as well as the message detail and quarantined page from DD/MM/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY?

I have looked on-line as well as these forms and was not able to find anything. So I apologize if it is listed in a post which I may have missed.
