Valid email messages caught by mailscanner

I have noticed that mailscanner is catching some legit messages and marked them as bad content
using the rule "MailScanner: Attempt to hide real filename extension".
Is there a way to disable it?

I was trying to add the url of a picture, but the forum software didn´t allow me
