disable cxs after change ip

disable cxs after change ip

hello

my cpanel server ip changed
After changing the IP of the server and change the IP license
Shell can not remove cxs
Shell has already been removed in less than 1 second shell, but now run loose, but not deleted

please help me for solve this problem ...
