blocklist downloading support compressed formats

Many blocklist providers are using lists compressed using gz or zip. It would be great if you could support adding these in /etc/csf/csf.blocklists.

e.g: http://www.stopforumspam.com/downloads/ ... ip_180.zip

The next release of csf will have ZIP format support for BLOCKLISTS so long as they contain a single text file (i.e. just like Stop ForumSpam has).
