quarantine false positive

Hi,

We are getting too much legit emails getting into the quarantine box.
They are marked as "Bad Content" (All of them are *definitely* Not spam / Virus).

For the moment, I only want MailScanner to stop email with high scored spam & Viruses, no need to quarantine any other emails.

I've read most of the configuration files, and tried to FAQ but couldn't understand how can I disable the quarantine.

Any help would be appreciated..

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

This FAQ shows how to enable quarantine, I want to completely disable quarantine - Deliver all mail, unless spam/virus.

Current settings are as follows -

WHM > MailScanner > Front-End Settings > Advanced Settings (click the link) > Enable email storing in quarantine > NO
WHM > MailScanner > MailScanner Configuration > Non Spam Actions = deliver header "X-Spam-Status: No"
WHM > MailScanner > MailScanner Configuration > Quarantine Whole Messages As Queue Files = no

I am still getting emails inside the quarantine box.

Am I missing something ?

Only other thing I can suggest would be to turn of MW logging in MailScanner.conf:

Always Looked Up Last = &MailWatchLogging
