Anyone used WHM/Cpanel edge 11.32 with Mailscanner FE ?

Hi,

Just a quick question -

Does anyone know if the new Edge release of WHM/Cpanel - 11.32 works okay with MailScanner FE (and mailwatch etc) ?

Just asking as I noticed in the changelogs that there appears to have been some work done in this release wrt Mail queues, exim mail throttling and mysql upgrade to 5.5, so I wondered if there was likely to be any interoperability issues ?

ConfigServer is very diligent in monitoring and correcting issues with Exim and MS as related to Edge builds of cPanel.

There is a Current build of 11.32.01 which we are about to install and have generally found that there can be some minor anomalies whenever cPanel changes its Exim implementation. So far haven't heard of anything major though.

We're not currently aware of any issues (save for the one that sawbuck linked to) with any of our scripts and cPanel v11.32.

Actually I may have come across one and have a ticket into cPanel about it. Open Mail Queue:
WHM > Email > Mail Queue Manager, look for message:
Failed to Launch Exim to interrogate message queue

You may well see that with MailScanner installed as even in in cPanel v11.28+ their Mail Queue Manager didn't play well and we had to recommend using CMQ instead. I don't know whether cPanel would be willing to incorporate interrogating both Mail Queues that are present on a MailScanner installation.
