Trouble Updating GeoIP Database

Today, I tried to update the GeoIP Database in the MSFE using the 'Update GeoIP Database' link and it timed out.

This is the error code.

Warning: fopen(http://www.maxmind.com/download/geoip/d ... tryCSV.zip) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/3rdparty/mailwatch/geoip_update.php on line 51
Unable to download GeoIP data file.

1) I checked and the Maxmind database is available.
2) It appears something is blocking the script for executing and is timing out.

Here is the mysql data on the GeoIP database that already exists.

geoip_country Create_time - 2008-06-20

Any ideas?

No idea, apart from the obvious. We don't maintain that code as it's part of the MailWatch application, not MSFE.
