Spam going to cpanel@domain.com

I am getting a ton of spam to cpanel@hostname.damin.com So I added:

FromOrTo: *@sabrina.syo.com yes
to the spam.scanning.rules

and I added:
FromOrTo: *@sabrina.syo.com store delete
to spam.action.rules

I get less spam, but now the messages
from:root@sabrina.syo.com
to:root@sabrina.syo.com
have data like this in the subject line:
{Definitely Spam - Score: 28} sabrina.syo.com 06/25/08:05.01 system check

Is there a way to stop spam to cpanel@hostname.domain.com and not flag the mail from my own server?

You can add root@hostname.domain.com to the server-wide spam whitelist in WHM, or in /usr/mailscanner/rules/spam.whitelist.rules if you don't have the MSFE installed.
