usage question

hello,
i new with mailscanner frontend . i found some spam starting from an email address.

i have blacklisted address:

Add [rita@xxxx.xxx] to blacklist
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl reload MailScanner.service
System black and white lists updated
Completed

first of all i want to know if this is server wide block
...and also if there is window in GUi or command to check all blacklisted address

Yes, it is.

Yes, the MailScanner Front End in WHM.

One more thing that you can use is WHM, go to:
FILTER INCOMING EMAILS BY DOMAIN
and add in there all the domains that you want to black list (only domains are allowed not email addresses)

Writing in there the domains is a faster way of blocking emails at EXIM level.

i just find FILTER by country and by domains.
i cannot find in frontend end mail scanner the list of blocked address ....

You should do any editing of the spam whitelist and blacklist via the MSFE, not directly editing the rules files. Any changes made to the rules files in /usr/mailscanner/etc/rules/ will be overwritten by the MSFE script. You can find the current server blacklists and whitelists in the MailScanner Front-End under Front-End Settings, at the bottom of the page.
