uninstalled cxs, but still getting FAILED cxswatch emails

uninstalled cxs, but still getting FAILED cxswatch emails

I've uninstalled cxs, but still getting FAILED cxswatch emails every few minutes. I've even unchecked cxswarch in service manager.

How do I finish this uninstall?
