Hello Sarah,
Is there a direct URL where a Cpanel user can log in to MailControl without having to go through all the Cpanel menus?
Do you have any plans to enable the Digest Emails per email address, where the email owner can log in to MailControl with their email credentials, so they would get restricted to viewing and managing their own emails only?

MailControl Direct URL + Digest Emails per email user
Re: MailControl Direct URL + Digest Emails per email user
Yes, this should work:
https://[hostname]:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/mailscanner/index.html?action=mailcontrol
They will then get the username and password screen but it will bypass cPanel etc.
It is not possible to give email account owners access to MailControl because they do not have access to cPanel. If you enable Spam Box in MSFE, you can configure it to send the digest to the recipient, and they can then go look in their spam box for emails that have been marked as spam.
Regards,
Sarah

Thanks, Sarah.

That link is bringing up the full Cpanel home screen and not bypassing it?
At the mo, only the Cpanel user and the admin seem to be getting the digest. When you say "you can configure it to send the digest to the recipient", do you mean sending the digest directly to individual email users and the digest only showing their emails, without the quarantine link? As you've said it, "they can then go look in their spam box". Currently, there doesn't seem to be an option to configure the digest that way?Sarah wrote: ↑30 Jul 2020, 12:14It is not possible to give email account owners access to MailControl because they do not have access to cPanel. Re: MailControl Direct URL + Digest Emails per email user
I just tested it and it went directly to the cPanel user MailControl on our server. Have you enabled MailControl for cPanel users? If you are using a different cPanel theme, you may have to change "paper_lantern" to the correct theme.
As I said, you have to first enable Spambox for all users (WHM MSFE > Front-End Settings > "Allow users and defaults to use MSFE SpamBox (BETA)"). Once you've done that, in the cPanel MailScanner settings the cPanel user can configure whether the digest goes to the original recipient or to a specified email address. There us an explanation of all the settings (numbered list) at the top of the main MailScanner configuration page.csfan wrote: ↑31 Jul 2020, 03:03At the mo, only the Cpanel user and the admin seem to be getting the digest.
