Clamav Uninstall

I am using MSFE latest version.

I have to uninstall Clamav.

Please inform the procedures to uninstall Clamav without breaking MSFE

Follow the instructions in this FAQ to remove clamav from your server:

Then be sure to disable virus scanning in MSFE and change the "Virus Scanners" to "none" in the MailScanner Configuration.

By mistake I set "Virus Scanners = " instead of "Virus Scanners = none"

Then I installed Clamav connector and MSFE broke.

Would Mailscanner work normally if I had set "Virus Scanners = none" ?

You cannot enable clamavconnector on a server where you are running MailScanner, whether you are using clamav in MailScanner or not. Clamavconnector will break MailScanner. It must be uninstalled and disabled if you want to use MailScanner.
