Hi, I try to REPORT SPAM, but unfortunately I keep getting the following error shown by the MSFE pop-up (please see below) & reporting of the e-mail as spam unfortunately fails..
Please note:-
A) We are running Directadmin v1.658, Exim version 4.97 #2, SpamAssassin V4.0, MailScanner v5.4.4., ConfigServer MailScanner Script v5.08 & MailScanner Front-End v9.25).
B) From SpamAssassin V4.0+ onwards "Hashcash.pm" is apparently not needed. So I am unsure why there is an error shown, "Can't locate Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Hashcash.pm in @INC"?
Any ideas on how to fix this issue, so that e-mails can be reported as SPAM?
Thanks in advance for your help

"REPORT SPAM" in MSFE FAILS - Directadmin V1.658/SpamAssasin V4.0 install
Re: "REPORT SPAM" in MSFE FAILS - Directadmin V1.658/SpamAssasin V4.0 install
Has there been a fix to this yet? I am curious If classifying Spam or Ham is working or if this script stops the process.
Re: "REPORT SPAM" in MSFE FAILS - Directadmin V1.658/SpamAssasin V4.0 install
YES Fixed for (classifying Spam or Ham) & reporting spam, without using MSFE Spambox (... However maybe Yes, or maybe NO if want to use MSFE Spambox... I.E. We have NOT TESTED it using MSFE Spambox... so if you want to set it to 'Yes' so 'MSFE Spambox' is being used, I am not sure... please read more below).
Awhile ago a newer updated version of Mail Scanner resolved this problem for us, which seems to have been done by a new 'setting' being added which turns off the 'MSFE spambox' option (NB: 'default' for this new setting is 'No') / so it now works for us now for reporting spam, with this default setting of 'No'...
I.E. If you click on "Front End Settings" on the 'ConfigServer MailScanner Front-End' page, the new(ish) setting I mentioned is this following one:-
Allow users and defaults to use MSFE SpamBox (BETA)
This option will deliver email to the recipients spam folder (<mailbox>.spam). Enabling this option allows users to select SpamBox as their preferred low or high spam action. It can then also be used in the default settings here.
I hope this helps
