Query to zen.spamhaus.org blocked due to an open resolver

Hi. I am getting this message in the Spam Report (components) of mail control:

RCVD_IN_ZEN_BLOCKED_OPENDNS 0.00 ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to zen.spamhaus.org was blocked due to usage of an open resolver. See https://www.spamhaus.org/returnc/pub/

Where should I change this open resolver? Or what should be done? Any ideas?
