Mailscanner with Imunify360 istead of ClamAV

hello, is it possible to use IMUNIFY 360 instead on ClamAV with configserv Mailscanner

No, Clamav is required with MailScanner with MSFE. You can have both ImunifyAV and clamav installed on the server, there should be no problem with that.
