I have whitelisted an email but it is still blocked by Mailscanner.
The document has several attachments but I don't usually have problems with pdfs.
Can anyone tell me the reason why it is blocked and unblock it?
Thanks for your comment, but If you look closely in the first image you can see in white color (and not in green), which means that the mail is filtered even though it is in the white list.
In the following image you can see how Cpanel blocks it.
That report means it is an EXIM filter that has blocked it, not MailScanner. Check the user's cpanel email filters and get rid of any unnecessary filters, as we have seen these cause problems on servers running MailScanner.
