This forum is only for reproducible bugs with csf and lfd (i.e. not iptables problems, lack of understanding how to use a feature, etc). Posts must be accompanied with full technical details of the problem and how it can be recreated. Any posts not adhering to this, or not considered bugs, will be moved to the General Discussion (csf) forum.
I am testing csf v3.06 (generic) and I've noticed that banned IPs from csf.tempban are not applied to iptables upon csf restart (csf -r)
Well, I am not sure if thats a feature of csf or a bug. but I beleive those "rules" should apply, otherwise the integrity is broken (the IPs are still in tempban file, lfd thinks they are banned, but they are not actually banned in iptables and can go on flooding)
I apologise, I should have checked ConfigServer blog before posting, but I did not think new versions came out so fast.
Thanks for clarifying and for developing such useful and free software
