LFD email alerts for XX,XX countries only

Currently one of the problems with enabling email alerts on the application triggers is the number of alert emails an administrator gets. On our servers 95% of them are from Asia and Europe (areas that we don't even service or care about).

I propose a new setting that basically says send out an alert only if the IP address being blocked is from one of these countries.

eg.
CC_EMAIL_ALERT = "US,CA"
or
LF_EMAIL_ALERT_CC = "US,CA"

That way you could set it to specific countries and will only get alerts for blocks that your company services.

Obviously CC_LOOKUPS would have to be enabled for this to work but the good thing is that you wouldn't have to load any country rulesets.

I receive also a lot of messages from CSF in my inbox. I use message filters in Thunderbird to move these messages away from my inbox. Now I have a clean over view in a separate folder.

You could do something simular. But your suggestion for this as a features is nice.
