FTP Access being blocked

Hi,

I have setup csf on a number of servers with no issue. I have recently setup csf on a VPS and web access works fine along with email and cPanel/WHM access.

When i try to connect to an account via FTP an error message shows up after a few minutes. When i add my IP address to the allow list everything works fine.

I have probably done something wrong during setup but i have spent a few hours looking through the config file with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

If FTP works fine when you have your IP in /etc/csf/csf.allow then check /etc/csf/csf.conf that you allow incoming TCP 20 and 21 for both IPv4 and IPv6.

If you make any changes to csf.conf remember to do the following:

csf -r
service lfd restart

Hi i am having the same issue where all users are blocked till you submit there ip to the allow ip i have checked the /etc/csf/csf.conf to allow incoming TCP 20 and 21 for both IPv4 and IPv6 and they added and it still denys none accepted ips is there anything i am still missing as i would love to fix this issue for my users i have been searching all day for anything.
