Can I clone my virtual machine with Cpanel + MSFE( licensed and working perfectly) , and then acquire another license for that (new) machine?
with another public IP, logically
Is there a procedure, or will simply detecting the new public IP corresponding to the license work?
On a shared server, we have a hotel account with a number of users sending between each other. All of them send/receive successfully except one. They routinely get mail marked as high scoring spam and in mail control it looks like this:

With MailScanner and MailScanner Front End installed, is the Report Junk setting in the end user's email interface of RoundCube integrated to MailScanner's learning? If not, could that feature be added to have MSFE become the handler for when this action is called from RoundCube?
At least Horde and Squirrel Mail have been deprecated, at least there is only one mail client to have to program for.
I just spun up a new server to upgrade the OS to Almalinux 8. I purchased a new license to MailScanner FE and had ConfigServer install it on the new system. When the new and old systems swapped IP addresses, MSFE on both servers stopped working up in WHM (i.e. when I visit /cgi/configserver/mailscanner.cgi the page is blank). How do I fix this?
I don't think that I can use ConfigServer Servics...
For the last few days I've been attempting to remove a user from my server's whitelist, but every 24 hours the whitelist document seems to be restoring to the state it was in the day before. Is this a configserver setting or is something else possibly at play here?
In MailScanner v9.23 when you Release (resend) a message to someone it indicates that it modifies the email header To: field but in fact it inserts a duplicate To: header which makes the message RFC 5322 non-compliant. Google automatically bounces these messages so they never get to the recipient. How do I fix this?
In the past I've used the RelayCountry plugin in Spamassassin to create rulesets in our custom.cf to score certain countries higher when email has passed through servers within that country. Here's an example of the config from the Apache Wiki:

Is there a way to get a list of all users that have enabled MailControl ?
I have about 8 users that have activated MailControl but they didn't write any email address to get the reports and I will like to know whom they are in order to turn turn off MailControl on their accounts.
I have MailScanner FE and all other software from ConfigServer installed on my server, and it it awesome.
I would like to use RBL scanning in MailScanner itself, rather than in Exim because it will allow me to release an email from quarantine if one of my customers complains about not receiving important email. I have set it up working and Immediately I saw a problem which was not...

Anyways, Mailscanner is setup with cPanel and under ConfigServer Mailscanner FE in the MailControl area where you can see all the emails that has been processed, how can I control how many is kept in the database?
I have went into Mailcontrol Settings and changed the Keep x days of MailControl Database entries...
I'm getting a lot of spam coming in for my customers and would like to use an RBL to reduce this.
The trouble is that when I do use an RBL eg Spamcop, barracuda or Spamhaus, my customers own IP addresses are sometimes listed and get blocked from sending mail which isn't great.
Is there any way that I can re-enable the RBL's but instead of them blocking senders outright, they give a spam...
I changed the option: Spam List Skip If Authenticated = from the default no to yes and saved and this stopped all incoming emails from being processed and no incoming emails were delivered. Outgoing emails continued being delivered. Also the bulk list number increased but wasn't being processed and the logs showed MailScanner looping through the start up.
I have my Low Scoring Spam and High Scoring Spam set to Spambox and Allow users and defaults to use MSFE SpamBox (BETA) set to yes in the default MC Frontend settings .
But emails for domains are coming in to the Inboxs and not going into spam folders as expected.
Messages missing in Quarantine after upgrade to 9.12
When examining messages in MailScanner Front End, the ability to see the contents of the message is missing, replaced with this remark:

Could it be possible to include a button to add an email address/domain to the Email black/whitelist settings of the user?
Could it be possible to add the IP column? Also, it will be great to add the IP to the black/whitelist settings of the user as well.
I had a few clients complaining about messages not delivered to their inbox, I had checked the Mailscanner FE list, and even when the messages are there marked as clean dont reach the mail user inbox, but if I search the quarantine folder the message ID I found that the messages are in the quarantine/nonspam directory.
Why if the email are clean are not delivered to the user inbox and instead...
