ConfigServer Mail Manage - cmm v2.06 is no longer showing existing email accounts under cPanel 78.
Under cPanel v78.0.7 CentOS 7 CMM is showing and empty list but when creating an existing account, CMM is recognizing that the email account is already existing.
Hi there, went to use CMM today version cmm: v2.02 and when you go to hourly email limits, you just get a blank white page. Tried on different browsers and machines.
Some IMAP clients created directories for DRAFT,SENT in UTF-7.
E.g. ü becomes &APw-
The & seems to prevent that cmm is changing the directory. Or to be more precise: The GUI is showing the selected directory with the UTF7-7 name but the directory is displayed as empty. The directory name in the top is only displayed till the ampersand & would occur. Checked with cmm v1.27 .
Since cmm 1.22 the view full (xx KB) email link is causing an error message file not found . The file exsist. Tried it on different Cpanel installations. Can any other user confirm that behaviour under 1.22?
invalid Cpanel::Version::getversiononly is deprecated. Try get_version_full. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Version.pm line 54
Cpanel::Version::getversiononly() called at /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_cmm.cgi line 36
These errors keep popping up in logs since upgrading to cpanel 11.30 is there a fix?
I recently had to empty two different accounts on two different domains. However even when emptied, the queue still showed bounce messages going out because cPanel thought the accounts were still full. After much reading and consternation, I determined that the maildirsize file wasn't deleted along with the box contents. So unless you were to increase the quota size for that box (which does...
Found that when you use CMM to add a new email account and you have not used a strong enough password based on your password strength, CMM will tell you that it created the account when it actually has not.
seeing loads of log entries for cmm in my cpanel error_log relating to SafeFile.pm:

We have found what we think is a bug in the CMM script that has to do with setting passwords.
To see this happen, try this recipe:
1. Use CMM to create an email account somewhere on a domain on the server.
2. Set the password to be: #p@tTy$!
3. Try to login to that accounts webmail and see if the password works.
On our servers it did not work for us. We have version cmm: v1.09...
cmm version is missing from home page. very annoying
cmm change password always seems to work but returns error as well [webmaster+host-comp.com
Undefined subroutine &Cpanel::EventHandler::event called at /usr/local/ /Email.pm line 1953.
Cpanel::Email::passwdpop(' ', ' ', 0, ' ') called at cpanel-email.pl line 240
MailWatch worked just fine for a long time, but recently when I use reports, mark something as spam and tell it ti learn I get back error messages like these:
I just wanted to let you know I followed the installation instructions to the letter, but ConfigServer Mail Manage did not install.
I managed to cram it in (sorta' like an install, only a bit more manual) by copying and chmodding the .cgi file manually, manually creating the cmm directory in the /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/ directory, and copying the files manually.
When adding an account from cmm, I receive the following error
test+domainname.co.nz
Undefined subroutine &Cpanel::EventHandler::event called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email.pm line 1648. Cpanel::Email::addpop('test', 'test', 10, 'domainname.co.nz') called at cpanel-email.pl line 194
- Mailbox added
When changing password on an account today through CMM I got the following error:
Undefined subroutine &Cpanel::EventHandler::event called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email.pm line 1953.
Cpanel::Email::passwdpop('{USEREMAIL}', '{NEWPASS}', 0, '{DOMAIN}') called at cpanel-email.pl line 240
I did not check to see if the password was actually changed, but logging in through CP and changing worked...
When changing a mailbox quota I get the following error at the top of the page:
Invalid maildirsize file!
Undefined subroutine &Cpanel::EventHandler::event called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email.pm line 1782. Cpanel::Email::editquota('xxxxxxx', 'domain.com', 25) called at cpanel-email.pl line 246
However, it appears that the quota actually does change.
