Got It

It just so happen, that it wasn't MSFE or CSF at all. Rather and very embarrassing the eth was set wrong (I'll blame it on the Gremlins as I could never have made that mistake :o ).

MSFE Install

I've install MSFE and now I'm unable to retrieve or send any emails. Weird. Also, unable to upgrade clamav.
