Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to exclude specific users (not system users) but email usernames from being blocked by lfd.
the reason for that request is that many times we deny access to users who are leaving the company or have been let go, these users which still have their email account configured on their mobile devices will prompt lfd blocks and by doing so may block ip's that will be used by other users in the same area.
any suggestions ?
Thank you,
exclude specific email users from LFD blocks

Not that I'm aware of.
Isn't clear from your question how you are denying access to users.

Re: exclude specific email users from LFD blocks
we change their password, (since we till need to keep the email address for a while)
lfd block them, as it should after failed login attempts with the wrong password)

If you're using WHM/cPanel there are some options in ver 60 that are configurable per address.
Can't say I've tested them all and they may well produce similar results but might be worth investigating.
