Problem to update CSF

Unable to connect to https://download.configserver.com, retry in 94 seconds. An Upgrade button will appearacne here if new version is detected

The current version is currently working on DirectAdmin is Config Server & Firewall Security - csf v9.10

It may be possible that that button only appears when a software update is available ???

We're having this same issue with several Centos (non-csm) servers. Seems updates got stuck on 9.3 and won't upgrade. We get this when trying manually:

> csf -u
Oops: Unable to download: Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported (IO::Socket::SSL not installed)
The affected servers are all updated, and we've not have any issues with CSF auto-updating before, and have been functioning with IO::Socket::SSL installed.
