LFD still reporting mailman processes

I've followed the advice in this post however I'm still getting reports like:

My pignore file contains all of the following (the cmd line recommended on the forum post, plus the actual cmd line reported by lfd)

pcmd:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/qrunner.*
pcmd:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl.*
pcmd:/usr/local/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/qrunner*
pcmd:/usr/local/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl*
pcmd:/usr/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl*
pcmd:/usr/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/qrunner*

So, how do I stop mailman from triggering lfd alerts?

You can increase the PT_USERMEM limit. By setting the value of PT_USERMEM to a higher value than 200 may help you.

It's already set to 400 although I don't see how this will help the false reporting?

I have the same prob.

pcmd:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/qrunner.*
pcmd:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl.*

are in csf.pignore and still get mail reports...
