How to enable block for tomcat web authentication fauilure login

i found LF_HTACCESS block for login failure detection but for of Apache
what about same founction for tomcat web authentication (realm) ??

please move this post to Suggestions tab
because there is no csf option make csf block ip who try to bruteforce by realm web authentication in tomcat apache
its available only in HTACCESS with Apache only !
