new look fails in IE

one minor bug in new cmq.
the pop ups with details don't work properly in IE, but do work perfectly in Chrome or firefox
the overlay box comes up but in IE it stays small & doesn't expand.

It works OK using IE when I press the view delivery log and gives me a full size expanded list, but doesn't work when I use retry delivery or delete email or when I select the email to see content.

I suspect there is a missing tag somewhere in the code that chrome doesn't worry about but IE does
