added coide to9 ignore mailman but just started getting alerts again

In the past few weeks I started getting mailman alerts again

i have the same problem - it all started on 11th august and im getting hundreds of alerts a day since then, but before - none

any help would be good

checked /etc/csf/csf.pignore and the code is still there
