Hi,

what happened if I allow all port and IP traffic to my server and than add some IP to the deny list?
will it allow them all which are in deny list or not?

That will be a huge security risk on your server, opening all ports that are not needed is not good.

On the other hand, blocked IPs on the deny list will never get access to your server all the other can access your server.
