Just installed a Comodo SSL and I've been having problems periodically with reaching the site.
- When I disable CSF, I get straight through.
- When I restart CSF, I get straight through ... until it happens again.

I've created a cron job to restart CSF every 2 hours, but this is not a permanent fix.

What setting in CSF could be causing this?

I've talked with Comodo support and they get the request from the server, but a response never makes it back. Port 443 is open in both TCP_IN and TCP_OUT ..

We had RapidSSL before Comodo and it worked without a problem. I could switch back to a RapidSSL cert, but that's not really fixing the problem ... and I could run into this later (or someone else).

Have you searched on the error_logs or in the message log if something is reported?

Can you post some of the log lines?

There were no errors in error_logs .. and nothing gets reported that I can find.

I got refunded by Comodo ... and switched to Let's Encrypt ... didn't know they were out of beta.

No problems to report as of 3 days now ...
