Csf slows webmail

Hi I have a vps and I have installed WHM / cpanel, when I have active csf webmail it slows down or crashes, so that customers can not use webmail, if I disable csf webmail works correctly, provisionally I'm adding the client IP whitelist for webmail that works properly. Csf have any idea because slows webmail?
I forgive my English'm from Spain and I'm using an online translator.

Hi,
When i am sending bulk emails to my clients,it is fine. but some times few clients don't get any mails from us. Why it is happening, could please give suggestions to solve this issue.

Hi I have found that any idea occurs only with chrome, both ubuntu and windows 10?

Remove permission "IME_Admin" from config folder and add again. It might work.
