csf.blocklists being replaced

I mad some changes to csf.blocklists and every few days it gets reverted back to its default. Where do I need to change either default or to stop it from being reverted.
I've never seen my blocklist change but if you cannot figure out where it is coming from
chattr +i /etc/csf.blocklists
will stop anything from writing to it or deleting it (including you)
just remember to do a -i before you edit it
