Get mails to be quarantined and tagging them as Ham/Spam

Hi.

I had previously following the FAQ here

This is turned allowed the individual messages shown in the Mailwatch Message Listing with radio buttons for Ham Spam and something else which I can't remember.

However of late I noticed that these radio buttons on the right are no longer there but instead the usual [ ] has returned.

What could have happened? The settings as described in the FAQ is present in my system.

Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

ah...my mistake.. realised that I and supposed to use MESSAGE OPERATION in Mailwatch to see the radio buttons..
