Client Whitelist

When clients try to add email addresses to their Whitelist, It looks like it works, but when they check, the entry it not there, and it still says Maximum Entries: 0/30
Any ideas?

If you're referring to the MailScanner Front-End, please submit a ticket on the helpdesk for support.
