Emerging Threats - Russian Business Networks List

I'm new to CSF, loving it so far, thank for a great product.

I noticed today that there's a 404 for the Emerging Threats - Russian Business Networks List link

I've changed the link to

.../fwrules/emerging-Block-IPs.txt

Is this acceptable or is there a better method?

That blocklist is now obsolete and no longer available from its author, so you cannot use it.
