As we state on our site, we do not provide any direct support for csf. If you cannot get something to work then you will have to hire a competent server administrator to investigate where you have configured it incorrectly or where in your kernel configuration iptables has an issue.

The script is actively used successfully on well over a hundred thousand servers and we cannot provide direct support for everyone who has an issue with how to use it.

If you cannot get iptables to function as you expect, then you can either uninstall and reinstall back to a default configuration or look at using an alternative solution, of which there are many that will configure iptables for you.
