Hello.

I am using "ConfigServer Security & Firewall" and I am trying to configure sending mail and security issues.

When sending mail using non-ssl my sending client IPs end-up blacklisted at my "ConfigServer Security & Firewall".
It happens every time their internet provider changes their IP address.

Is there a way to exclude a domain from blacklisting at my "ConfigServer Security & Firewall"?
I am tired of whitelisting their IP addresses every 2-3 days.

csf does not work with domain names.

Instead of white listing the IP see what the error says when the IP is blocked and try to fix that.

The connection to the server has failed: Account: "mail . domainname . com", Server: "mail . domainname . com", Protocol: SMTP, Port: 26, Secure (SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

This is the error that keeps displaying after some time of using my account on Outlook Express. If I whitelist my IP through "ConfigServer Security & Firewall" the mail starts working again. And after some time (few days) error comes again when trying to send emails.

As a general rule, all error that starts with "0x800..." are Outlook errors not server errors. Your server and CSF are doing its work protect the server.

The error 0x800CCC0E was an error in Outlook Express or Windows Live, Are you using one of them?

Any way, that refers that your settings in Outlook are not set right. Check again what ports are you using if the account is IMAP or POP, if you are using SSL or not.

As I already said it is Outlook Express.

Do you have a firewall on your machine or router, if so does it have access to port 26 and 110?
