How to block Proxy,VPN,RDP users to visit your website?

I want to block all the Proxy,VPN and RDP to visit my server.

Anyone has got experiences.

Long time ago, I created a modsec rule for this, but I don't longer use it, for me mod_security was the way to go to stop proxies but you can do it in a few different ways.
