Location of MailScanner Notification Email

I am seeing some bounces coming from MailScanner when trying to send the "cPanel -> MailScanner Report". It looks like our email is incorrect. Where can the email address this report is sent to be changed?

It's usually the root forwarder, which you can change in WHM > Edit System Mail Preferences.

That looks correct but I'll keep looking to see if I can where this is coming from.
