I've been using mailwatch for years, but recently I am getting this message when I load it:
Could not connect to database: Access denied for user 'mailwatch'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
I haven't changed any passwords, so I'm puzzled. I re-installed, and saw this message:

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Try changing the mysql root password (via WHM) to something with *only* letters and numbers, no symbols or special characters. Then try reinstalling MSFE again. If that doesn't work, please submit a ticket on the helpdesk and we'll take a look.
