Has anyone written a SpamAssassin rule to help get rid of the hundreds of new spammers buying up .US domains? I would love to do this without blocking every single .US domain.

This is off topic as it is to do with spamassassin and not mailscanner. You should search the spamassassin newsgroup for this type of info.
