Multi IP VPS: blocking some IPs, leaving some unblocked

Hi,
I have installed and used csf for a while now, and am thankful it worked so well from the get go. I just stumbled upon a problem that is stumping me.
My Virtuozzo based VPS server has 3 IPs, each on its own adapter: venet0:0, venet0:1 and venet0:2.
Any blocking action has effects on one of the IPs (the initially installed IP on venet0:0), but has no effect whatsoever on any of the 2 others. I do see in the iptable conf that all three IPs are referenced, in the "Chain acctboth" section.
I tried to set ETH_DEVICE to venet0+, and venet+, to no avail.
How can I make the iptable block all 3 IPs at once when I make a call to csf (I do not need specific control on any of the 3 IPs, but if available, a short explanation to do so would be a plus)?
Many thanks.
