I noticed that if you view the queue and if there are broken spool files, it will say that the broken spool files are removed, but, they aren't if you view the queue again.

If you use the WHM Mail Queue manger and delete the queue, it does remove the broken spool files, but, of course, removes the other emails in the queue also.

There's not a great deal we can do about that as it's an exim command being used to remove the broken spool file (cmq uses exim commands to caryy out all of its functionality), which it (exim) fails to do.
