NINJA button is not working.

Hi Sarah,
I have seen that the NINJA button is not working, when I try to use it, it shows the following message:
I have tried with different users and with all it is the same.

and it is not true, the directory does exist and have a few emails in there.ConfigServer Mail Manage
File [/home/domain/mail/domain.com/user/.spam/new] not found
