Feature request Temporary white-listing

It would be nice to be able to temporary whitelist an IP for a pre-defined amount of time.

i.e.: Having consultants needing to do specific types of work on the server that end up blocking their IP address at the moment I have to allow their IP then when the job is done I have to remember to remove this permission (not that I don't trust them) so if I could set the allow on their IP to expire after x number of days/hours/minutes would be a definite plus and that's not counting the fact that certain whitelisted IP's are dynamic (given by ISP's) so an expire would help in that case too.

Also a nice thing when quick allowing would be to be able to add a comment that would be added to csf allow so I could add a reason for whitelisting something like:

10.11.12.13 # Manually allowed - software consultant - Fri Jun 21 08:46:40 2013

Agree with the idea of a temporary expiring allow entry.

You do know that comments can be currently added to csf.allow by appending them to the IP?

:o I didn't know you could add a comment after the allowed IP, thanks for that!

csf has had a temp allow feature for many years: csf -ta (csf --tempallow) which follows the same format as csf -td (csf--tempdeny). Comments for temp allows is coming in the next release.

Well thank you for that, but the correction/feature I'd like would be to have that in the WHM user interface, not as a command line. Most of the time when I have to whitelist someone I am within WHM .
