MAC users are blocked in CSF

Hi,

MAC users are blocked in CSF. CSF is detecting these connections as port scanning. Please let us know whether this is a known issue.

We have bought CSX and not sure that is causing the issue.

Please help.

Does the MAC is blocked when you are configuring an email account?

If so, check that you have port 587 open and working as a SMTP port as MACs always check on that port for email and if the port is blocked then CSF thinks that the MAC is port scanning.
