deprecated error after last MSFE update.

Hi,
after installing this morning MSFE update, my server is showing the following errors:

PHP Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/mailwatch/pear/DB.php on line 470
PHP Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/mailwatch/pear/DB.php on line 547
PHP Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/mailwatch/pear/DB.php on line 1124

Server's PHP 5.3.24, REDHAT Enterprise 6.4 x86_64 standard
