open port

i'm installing a script and it ask me to open port , just as in below :

Due to Facebook policy changing, you should open port 5222 on your Firewall to make Contact Importer work.

how can i do this please ?

Is it TCP or UDP? Is it IN or OUT?

You have to add the port in CSF FIREWALL CONFIGURATION in its respective TCP or UDP.
