How do we turn OFF the empty log notification reports?

To: root@
Subject: lfd on : Log Scanner Report for 10:00, (lines:0)

...No log lines to report...

I get these every hour or so, can this email be disabled somehow when lines=0

Hi,

I'm getting the same message when there is nothing to report.

There appears to be no other info on how to do this, a forum search only shows this result and so does google.

Is this easily turned off?
