Hello,
how do I clear mailscanners cache. I realise some mails have been cached and some RBL notes are in there. However, th IP has been un-blacklisted and it still shows the RBL message as its cached.
Thanks

I'm not aware of any cache in MailScanner itself. There is a spamassassin cache and some exim caches, but I'm not sure which one you are referring to. Where are you seeing this?

You are right Sarah. Its Spamassins cache.
X-xxx-MailScanner-SpamCheck: not spam, SpamAssassin (cached,
score=12.898, required 8, BAYES_00 -1.90, DCC_CHECK 1.10,
HTML_MESSAGE 0.00, MIME_HTML_MOSTLY 0.43, MPART_ALT_DIFF 0.79,
SPF_NEUTRAL 0.78, URIBL_DBL_SPAM 1.70, URIBL_PH_SURBL 5.00,
URIBL_WS_SURBL 5.00)
X-xxx-MailScanner-SpamScore: ssssssssssss
X-xxx-MailScanner-From: bounced@xxx
X-Spam-Status: No
even if the user sends the same email from a different address, spamassasin seems to pick up the content within it and uses the cached score. So the users mail always gets flagged as spam.
Any idea where I can clear spamassasins cache?
Thanks for the help

To be honest I'm not sure how the spamassassin cache works. As it's not really a mailscanner issue, you might be better off searching for the answer on the spamassassin newsgroup here:
